Thank you for shopping at Coastal Equipment. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee from the date of purchase.

  • Email us within 30 days to resolve any issues.
  • After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Goods must be returned in original condition.
  • Postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend Registered Post and shipment insurance.
Faulty & Damaged Items
  • If a product is faulty, we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds may be offered for items not of a custom nature after investigation.
  • Claims for damages must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will refund shipping costs if the fault is ours.
Custom & Non-Returnable Products
  • Custom or “by design” products are non-returnable.
  • Custom products are guaranteed for quality and accuracy only.
  • Once the order is processed and the product manufactured, it cannot be returned.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable if you simply want a refund.

When do Items need to be Returned by?

  • To be eligible for a Return, your item must be 'Unused' and in the same 'Condition' you had received it.
  • Your item must be in the 'Original Packaging.'
