Returns Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Coastal Equipment. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee from the time you purchased the goods. Please email us within that time frame if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. If '30' Days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we 'CANNOT' offer you a Refund or Exchange. This Refund Policy 'DOES NOT' apply to goods which have been 'WORN' or 'USED' or 'DAMAGED' during or after delivery or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if the goods have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their 'original condition'. * Please note we are delivering the goods on your behalf and your agreement is with the carrier. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via 'Registered Post' and that you prepay ALL POSTAGE. You assume any 'Risk of Loss, Theft or Damaged Goods' during transit, therefore, we advise you take out 'SHIPMENT REGISTRATION INSURANCE' with your Postal Carrier. Coastal Equipment 'WILL NOT' be responsible for parcels 'LOST' or 'DAMAGED' in transit if you choose not to 'insure' the goods. ◉ If a product is deemed to bwe Faulty, we reserve the right to investigate each product item on a Case by Case basis and take appropriate action ◉ We may offer a Refund after investigation on items which are NOT of a 'Custom' nature ◉ Goods that are to be returned must be 'unused, undamaged and in original condition ◉ Custom or 'By Design' products are 'Non-Returnable' ◉ Custom products are guaranteed for Quality and Accuracy only ◉ Once your purchase order has been processed and the product is manufactured, it 'CANNOT BE RETURNED' ◉ Claims for Damages must be made within 7 days of delivery ◉ We will Refund all shipping costs you had paid for if we were at Fault ◉ We 'DO NOT' Refund the original shipping and handling fee you paid if you simply want a Refund

When do Items need to be Returned by?

You have 30 Calendar Days to Return an item from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a Return, your item must be 'Unused' and in the same 'Condition' you had received it. Your item must be in the 'Original Packaging.' Your item needs to have the 'Original Receipt' or 'Proof of Purchase.'
