SHIPPING:
- The rate charged for the shipping of your orders is based on your location. On the final checkout page you can calculate your shipping cost based on the product dimensions and your postcode. You will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
- REMOTE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
- If your shipping address is a rural or remote location, there may be problems with the delivery. You will need to make sure your address is within a delivery area.
- Remote addressees may have a drop off point (Post office or business in a nearby town). Please be aware of this as this delivery may have to be re-delivered incurring an additional cost WILL SOMEONE BE HOME? All our deliveries must be signed for. If you are not home or at the delivery address, the driver will return the parcel back to depot. You can advise us in the comments box on your order, to leave at door etc. If you use Australia Post, you can go to ‘my post’ and change the delivery details from signature. Do not forget, re-delivery will incur fees. DAMAGED OR LOST PARCEL? Unless you have asked for Insurance against 'Damage or Loss,' there is none. We pack our goods well and never have a problem, But know it can happen. We realise that some companies will have an account with other freight services. - DELIVERY TIME FRAME: Orders are usually dispatched next working day (dependant on packing requirements) but allow up to 3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 1-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. CARRIERS: We use Australia Post and various couriers to deliver our orders. If we are using your preferred Courier, Tracking and Delivery times may differ. NOTE: Non-Metro area delivery address must be in a recognised Australia Post delivery area. YOUR ORDER TRACKING: A Tracking number is provided by Australia Post and Couriers which will be passed on to you and you will be advised when the shipment has been dispatched.
